EXCITING – WIN AN ECOPY OF TERRY TYLER’S KINGS AND QUEENS

king and queens - terry tylerI had to share this giveaway.

I love Shaz’s blog and website: Jera Jamboree

Shaz was amazing on my book tour, which I did a few months back. When I saw that Terry Tyler was working with Shaz to promote her giveaway of Kings and Queens, I just had to share it with you.

Although, I’ve never met either of these women (we speak over email) I can honestly say both have been an inspiration to me and have helped me along my journey as an author. I interviewed Terry a few months back, which you can see here, she was so lovely. So inspirational and her advice for other indie authors is second-to-none.

So have a look at how you can win an e-copy of Terry Tyler’s, Kings and Queens – I’ll be entering 🙂

5* Reviews from Book Bloggers on my Awesome Book Tour!

These last two weeks have been so amazing!

Here’s just a few comments from book bloggers:

“I thoroughly enjoyed this book and was genuinely gutted when it ended, thank goodness I still have books 2 and 3 to read.  Highly recommend this book to anybody who loves chick lit that goes a bit deeper”

“I could not put this book down as I was genuinely interested in what Kat was going through. She is a very strong character …”

“I find it hard to believe that this is Victoria J Brown’s first novel as the writing just flows and the style is very accomplised”

“I absolutely loved Victoria’s debut novel – and as I say that I still cannot quite believe that this is her debut! How My Life Became Chaos really drew me in and gripped me to the pages”

“Considering the high heels and other woman stuff on the cover of the book I thought that this would be a good rom-com book – laugh out loud, but I got really awesome book with many tears”

When I started on this virtual book tour organised by Fiction Addiction Book Tours (check out their website to find out about my Buy One Get One Free offer!), I’ll be honest I was a little worried that the book bloggers wouldn’t like How My Life Became Chaos. Writing and reading is very subjective. I’ve had amazing support from family and friends, really encouraging me by reading my book and giving me 5* reviews. I can’t thank everyone enough for the support I’ve received.

But putting my work out there for people who don’t know me is quite daunting. I know they don’t have to be nice. They can’t rave about every book as no-one would trust their reviews, so it just feels so amazing to have all 6 book bloggers involved in my tour give me such awesome reviews.

I’m still BUZZING!

You can read the reviews here: And don’t miss out – if you buy HOW MY LIFE BECAME CHAOS before April 27th, email me and I’ll send you WILL THE CHAOS END for FREE!

If possible, my book tour gets better!

Beckies Book Mix

I’m so excited! In fact, I’m that excited to write this blog post, while Daddy plays lego with little people, that I’ve just burnt pizza!!! (However, for anyone who knows me though, this is not something that is unusual! – I get distracted VERY easily 🙂 )

Anyway, I told you earlier in the week about my book tour hosted by Fiction Addcition Book Tours, and you’ll have read how excited I was at the beginning of the week when Dawn from Crooks on Books gave me an amazing 5* Review.

Next I talked with JB from Brook Cottage Books about winning a competition judged by Adele Parks while studying for my MA, and much more interesting stuff! Loved this interview … but I did talk for ever! I can’t help it when I’m enthusiastic! The questions were fab: asking about being a wedding planner, my positivity, my future writing plans and so much more. I could have talked to JB all day long!

If that wasn’t enough, and I wasn’t already buzzing with meeting such lovely people, along comes Beckie from Beckie’s Book Mix: who gave me such an awesome review, I’ve got jaw ache from grinning all day!

I just can’t believe it. I’m even having a glass of vino to celebrate! God, just think if I made it to the bestseller list, I’ll be treating everyone to champagne 🙂

This tour continues throughout next week. I’m just loving this … I don’t want it to end 🙂

Right back to the next pizza!!!!

My Book Tour

tour image

My Virtual Book Tour started yesterday, with Fiction Addiction Book Tours .

It’s got to be said I was quite nervous. There are many of my lovely friends who have encouraged my writing. They have loved How My Life Became Chaos (or so they told me 🙂 ) They have recommended my books to their friends, and I’ve had a steady amount of people reading the whole series.

But admittedly, I was a little unsure what the book reviewers and bloggers would say about my first novel; people who don’t me, so don’t have to be nice about my writing!! I know the Chaos Series is based on real-life issues, although I feel it definitely falls into the chick-lit genre, I know it isn’t one of those plain-sailing books where everyone lives happily ever after. I love to write like this because that’s what life is about. We’d all love a happily ever after, but wouldn’t life be boring without a bit of drama 🙂

So to start the tour yesterday, Dawn from Crooks on Books, gave me the most amazing 5/5 review. I still buzzing. She understood the emotional rollercoaster behind the story and how it does relate to real-life. I can’t thank Dawn enough for her review.

Have a look at her review here:- Crooks on Books Review.

I’m so excited to be taking part in this book tour. I can’t thank Shaz (from FABT) enough for organising the tour and Dawn for giving me such a boost at the beginning of the tour.

Sending everyone lots of love who takes part in the tour 🙂 Lots of luck on the giveaway 🙂

xx
