G is for Gratitude

I absolutely love this word.

I love the feeling of being grateful for all I have.

When I first discovered the Law of Attraction, gratitude was one of the things I enjoyed learning about the most. Being grateful for all I had. Being thankful for the smallest of things and watching how they grew into big things. How my life began changing without much effort.

So many people are constantly wanting. Wanting more, and not being happy with what they have. But the LOA teaches us to be grateful for all that we have but don’t stop striving and visualising for more.

Not sure where to start when it comes to feeling grateful?

Start by writing a list of all the things in your life that you love. It’s so easy to focus on the negative and what is bringing us unhappiness, when we need to focus on the good we have in our life. So start by writing down all the things you are grateful for … from food, shelter to the people in your life.

If you feel like you’re being challenged, that lots of things don’t go your way, start to focus on what is going your way … look at the little joys in life. Focus on the basics. Focus on the things you could be taking for granted. Once you put this into perspective, you’ll be surprised at how your higher energy shifts, how you suddenly have good things come to you.

I truly believe that gratitude brings to you more things to be grateful for!
